The design of this CF is provided by the customer, and we optimize it according to the 3D data provided by the customer, making it conform to the processing technology in our factory and updating it into our standard parts.

This set of CF is relatively simple, mainly detecting the hole position and profile of parts. It can also be used as a CMM fixture to directly detect parts with CMM.

Our manufacturing tolerance is generally +/-0.05mm for datum and position, and +/-0.1mm for profile. If customers have stricter tolerance requirements, need to inform us in advance.
